Pour MEDITAILING, une opération de marketing relationnel multicanal ne vient<strong> pas simplement &laquo;&nbsp;s&#8217;ajouter&nbsp;&raquo; à l&#8217;existant</strong>, mais va prendre sa place au sein d&#8217;une stratégie globale.</p>
<p>Nos opérations tiennent compte des <strong>nouveaux besoins des professionnels de santé</strong>, notamment en matière d&#8217;<strong>information scientifique</strong> validée.<br />
Nous mettons aussi en place des opérations plus logistiques, comme des commandes déchantillons avec traçabilité de lenvoi vers le médecin, ou des prises de commandes en officine.</p>
<p>Actuellement, MEDITAILING intègre la gestion de la relation client, l&#8217;exploitation et l&#8217;organisation de cette gestion via notre support informatique / CRM santé. MEDITAILING dispose de son Digital Studio pour la réalisation des campagnes interactives web et multicanal.</p>
<p>Nos divers &laquo;&nbsp;canaux&nbsp;&raquo;, sont complémentaires et synergiques de la <strong>force de vente</strong> : marketing direct, téléphone, web, fax, e-mail, SMS.<br />
Cela nous permet de <strong>capitaliser sur chaque contact</strong>, de <strong>qualifier</strong> et d&#8217;<strong>enrichir les bases de données</strong> du Laboratoire.</p>
<p>Le marketing relationnel multicanal est une dimension stratégique de notre métier de conseil, il est donc logique de sy positionner, et c&#8217;est une activité complémentaire et synergique de celle des entités de notre groupe EuroHealthNet : LABLOUSE BLANCHE, TROUBAT et ZETA HEALTHCARE.</p>
<p>Dans le domaine de la santé, la mise en oeuvre des stratégies (le marketing opérationnel) est actuellement en pleine croissance. Enfin, cest une activité vraiment passionnante !</p>
